The band is made up of nine very talented guys who have, over the last couple of years, built the reputation as the "best funk/horn band in the Carolina's." Unlike most "dance" or "club" bands, who also do weddings, Soul Kitchen delivers everything a notch or two higher than the pack. With the quality and firepower of their horn section, they're able to deliver a repertoire typical bands dare not even attempt.
Apart from that, the band can do pretty much whatever you need to make an event a success, and are happy to tailor the show to meet special requests. Soul Kitchen also has a full set of jazz standards available, which they are prepared to play either as guests arrive or during a formal dinner setting - further enhancing the quality and value of the event.
