Hipshack is a Rock-Funk-Soul-Jazz-Jam-Variety Power Trio. Performing the music from such artists as : the Police/Sting, the Commodores, Sly and the Family Stone, Wild Cherry, Stevie Wonder, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, Dave Matthews Band, Eric Clapton, SRV, Jimmi Hendrix, Stone Temple Pilots, Prince and John Mayer to James Brown, John Scofield, the Funky Meters, John Coltrane and Miles Davis. These educated and talented musicians tightly incorporate a large variety of styles to create the unique groove of Hipshack.

NOTE: These musicians are "full time" professional performers. These cats play for "a living" (this is how we put food on the table). No "weekend warriors" here like you might find in local clubs and other bands or venues. All band members are college educated with undergrad and master degrees in ALL Styles of music. Outside of performing in hundreds of clubs, colleges, festivals, corporate events and venues in the United states. Hipshack’s most recent successes include : Performing throughout the Unites States for Microsoft, the US Tennis Association, ESPN-the Tennis Channel - US Open, Davis Cup and Fed Cup Tournaments, performing in the Farrelly Brothers movie—”SHALLOW HAL.” You can see Scott playing the saxophone at Rosemary’s (Gwyneth Paltrow) reception (seen at the end of the movie). Opening for such artists as Mother’s Finest, Charlie Hunter, Ray Charles & Regina Belle. Showcase performance for the New York International Independent Film Festival at Madison Square Garden. The band won Best Movie Soundtrack for “a Bettor’s Life.” APCA Regional & National Showcases.
