The Patrick Rock Band has been a staple in the live music scene since 1997, playing over 200 shows a year! The band has received praise from local and regional publications. Some of the things they've tackled would take other bands years to accomplish. With live performances, support of college and AC radio, the band has created quite a "BUZZ".

Patrick Rock has a knack for writing songs that stand the test of time. These songs seem to transpose whether he is playing them solo with an acoustic guitar or he is being backed up by a tremendous group of musicians! Starting with his first solo album titled "All The Letters I Never Wrote" (1997), he began playing acoustic shows at a small college bar in Greensboro, NC. In a matter of weeks he was playing LIVE on the "Murphy in the Morning Show" on 107.5 WKZL at the GGCC golf tournament.

With his next record titled "Hits From The Side"(2000), he sold about 2,200+ copies and was building a steady fan base. By this time he was doing well in the Triads club scene and opening shows for prominent bands like Sister Hazel, Vertical Horizon, Fighting Gravity, Cowboy Mouth, etc. During the next couple of years playing shows and writing material for the next record seemed natural. While recording the follow up to "Hits" Patrick was sponsored by Rolling Rock Beer, which helped him reach a larger audience.

The latest album "Recovering From Silence" (2002) is some of Patrick's best music to date and has sold approximately 3,300+ units. Patrick has put together the strongest line-up of musicians and songs to give 2004 a run for its money! To achiever bigger and better promotion, Patrick has accepted a sponsorship deal with Miller Lite. The next album and the years to come will tell the continuing story of how great music and persistence will overcome any obstacle.
